To ensure Day 1 begins at canvas validation rather than data collection, participants complete the following at least five business days before the programme date.

Revenue model, headcount, systems in use, and any existing AI or automation — so the facilitator knows which canvas blocks need most attention.
AI readiness self-assessment
A four-dimension baseline across data, process, digital literacy, and governance — completed before you arrive.
