AI Agent Readiness Audit Workshop
A half-day diagnostic for business owners who want to know exactly where to start with AI, and in what order. No prior technical knowledge required.
AI Agent Readiness Audit Workshop
The diagnostic before the purchase decision. Most AI deployments fail because the business wasn't ready — not because the technology didn't work. This half-day session runs the five-dimension readiness assessment against your specific business, and leaves every participant with a scored baseline and a twelve-week improvement roadmap.
AI Masterclass for Entrepreneurs & SME Owners
The deeper programme for business owners ready to rebuild for AI. Reconstruct your Business Model Canvas with AI embedded at every layer — governance included — and leave with a 90-day execution roadmap produced in the room. RMC-accredited advisory follow-up available for participants who want structured implementation support.
Know before you buy.
Most AI deployments fail because the business wasn't ready — not because the technology didn't work. This workshop runs the diagnostic first, before any product is evaluated.

What gets assessed.
Five dimensions. Each one maps to a practical question you can answer about your business without a technical team.
Data Readiness
Do you have clean, accessible data for the process you want to automate?
Process Definition
Is the target task documented and consistent enough for a new employee to follow on day one?
Governance Structure
Who approves AI decisions, who checks outputs, and what happens when it is wrong?
Team Capability
Can your team review and correct AI outputs without specialist support?
Measurement Framework
Do you have a baseline and a defined outcome to measure before deployment begins?
Four deliverables. One half-day.
Every participant leaves with a documented baseline and a practical plan. Not a generic framework. A scored assessment of your specific business, with the highest-return action identified.

- 2. Identification of the single highest-return AI use case for your current operating stage

Before you book.
Do I need technical knowledge to attend?
No. The diagnostic assesses your business operations, not your technical skills. No coding, no data science, no prior AI experience required.
What industries does this suit?
The five-dimension framework is industry-agnostic. If you have repeatable processes and customer data, the framework applies.
How is this different from a generic AI workshop?
Most AI workshops teach you what AI can do. This one assesses whether your business is positioned to use it. The output is a scored diagnosis of your specific business, not a generic technology overview.
What do I need to prepare before the session?
Nothing formal. Come with a specific process or function you are considering improving with AI. No pre-reading or data preparation is required.
Is the workshop available online or in-person only?
Both. In-person sessions are held in Singapore. Virtual sessions use a structured facilitation format that maintains the same quality.
What is the cohort size and why is it limited to twelve?
Maximum twelve participants. Each participant assesses their own business and receives facilitated feedback — a larger group prevents the depth that makes the output actionable.
Can I bring my leadership team?
Yes. Teams of 2–4 from the same organisation typically produce more immediately actionable roadmaps, particularly for the governance dimension.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with a scored baseline, a prioritised use case, and a twelve-week roadmap. RMC-accredited advisory follow-up is available through the Two-Day Masterclass.
Start with the free self-assessment.
The five-part AI Readiness Self-Assessment Series covers the same framework as the workshop. Each article ends with a partial self-check you can complete in under ten minutes. Work through all five and you have a partial scorecard before you commit to anything.
