DIFC Enterprise Campus Network Design Review

Independent peer review establishing the technical baseline for DIFC 2.0 network infrastructure.

DIFC's 2.0 campus expansion required a network Low Level Design that was technically rigorous, compliant with multiple UAE regulatory frameworks, and structured well enough to serve as an unambiguous reference for competitive procurement — before going to market.

Conducted systematic peer review covering network architecture and segmentation, security control design, high-availability architecture, and operational models. Assessed compliance against DIFC ICT Law, UAE/TDRA telecommunications standards, DESC, and SIRA UAE security requirements. Produced RFP-ready requirements, evaluation criteria, and implementation assumptions for the procurement process.

Delivered structured technical inputs establishing a robust, regulator-aligned infrastructure baseline for DIFC 2.0. Independent review findings reduced procurement ambiguity and implementation risk. Design gaps and assumptions surfaced pre-market, enabling corrections before bidder engagement and saving significant downstream cost.

SME Takeaway

An independent technical review before procurement surfaces assumptions and risks that internal teams normalise through familiarity. The same principle applies at any scale: a structured second opinion on your technology architecture — before you commit budget — consistently identifies gaps that implementation-phase discovery does not afford time or money to fix. Design for scrutiny from the start.

The same diagnostic logic from deployments like this one, applied to your business in half a day.
